The staff are very kind and sincere about the guests. I had forgotten my ipad there and had flew out of the country, and the staff helped me to keep it safe until i could finally get it back. The staff was also very patient and efficient. The rooms were very clean and i had an amazing stay there. There is also a beach nearby with a ten out of ten atmosphere. WOULD COME BACK AGAIN 😛🗣🔥

A 10/10 Experience!We visited Phu Quoc during the rainy season, but our stay was truly enjoyable thanks to the excellent guidance and care provided by the entire hotel team, from the security staff to the receptionists. The hotel is incredibly close to the beach, making it very convenient for relaxation and sightseeing. If you're unsure about where to eat or shop, simply ask the front desk. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and happy to recommend great local restaurants, attractions, and shopping spots.
